I answered him/her privately by email, and having done that I felt that his/her comment might not be what they really wanted to be on record as having said. They had quite misunderstood me, and asked things that if they had known at the time, they would not have said. It seemed unfair to them to be left on the record seeming to be accusatory when they really are not. And knowing the truth, I felt it would be appropriate that they not be left on the record saying things that they know are not true. It was in respect for that person's integrity.

If you feel that they asked a question that was valid, and that you feel I have not answered, then feel free to post those comments yourself, and I will answer you in exactly the same way.

Why did you remove concerned caucasian's last comment? I think it was fair. If there is nothing inappropriate in people's comments why would you remove them? I think he has valid points which I happen to agree with.

I have a question: If this Consent Decree is about treating people the same (ie equally), then why does it matter what color the officer is? Better yet why does it matter what color the people are that they arrest?? Why does it matter what color their supervisors are?? My point is we cann't be expected to see as the same if we keep broadcasting to everyone: "Look! I'm a different color!" In today's world NO ONE CARES WHAT COLOR YOU ARE...at least no one that really matters.
If we keep beating this dead horse "RACE RACE RACE" we can never really move on.

You Show that I have two complaints under investigation for violation of procedure. Both of them were canned, because I did nothing wrong. Also, I have received a department comendation, and two buckle down awards during this time period. Yet I have no commendations listed.

However, My stats show that my citations and arrests are within the census percentages based on race for the city. Which validates that I take action based on what crimes I observe not what race.

Please Note: For what I'm guessing has been about the last week, the tpdd email address has been broken. I have not received any mail that anyone has sent for at least the past few days, and possibly longer.

In fact, the last email that I received at that address was dated January 24th.

I apologize for the inconvenience, and I understand, now, the frustration that may have been caused to people who are emailing me and not getting any response.

This problem has now been fixed, and I will keep a closer watch on it from now on.

Again, I do apologize. If you were expecting a response from me and didn't get it, please know that it is not because I'm avoiding you or your questions or comments.

Please note that this change involved a networking change that will take a couple of hours to go into effect, and maybe as long as 24 hours.

I asked the question, "why do you not answer concerned caucasion in public, do you have a hidden agenda?" Your response was "Email" I emailed you with the question, and have yet to get an answer. Why will you not answer that question?

Seriously why are you referring people to your email address when you are asked what your motive is?? If you don't have a hidden agenda then why not explain it on the open forum? I want to know what your purpose is and what you gain by making this information public. I'm sure you have been informed, but just in case, lots of this information is either out of date or plainly incorrect.

Maybe I misunderstood, but are you trying to make it easy to learn the identities of undercover officers? These guys puts their lives on the line in order to clean up the streets that our family members must walk on. Compromising their identities is dangerous and irresponsible.

As I stated in the beginning, if you are well-intentioned then why not declare your motives in open forum. I will look for your response. If I get the usual directive to refer to your email then I suppose I will have also received your true answer.
